Echinaccea purpurea - Coneflower “Firebird”
These plants are long lived, low maintenance and easy to grow. Division of clumps can be made in spring every three to four years. Echinacea comes from the Greek word "echinos" meaning hedgehog in reference to the flower's spiny center cone.
